Operations Executive (Virtual Assistant)

Our main core business involves coaching and training a new generation of financial advisors to be Happy, Purposeful And Authentic.

We have coached more than 200 Financial Advisors and have more than 5 years under our belt in doing so.

Our clients are mainly in Singapore, and we are on track to reaching out to more of them in Singapore and subsequently to our neighbouring countries.

Right now, we are looking for an Operations Executive to be part of our company.

As the Operations Executive of our company, you would primarily be hunting for potential prospects, engaging and qualifying them with the intention of setting appointments for our sales team. You will also be actively involved in supporting other departments such as community building, marketing and client success. You are also required to perform administrative tasks, ensuring that all files and folders are updated promptly and accurately.

Your position will play an important and crucial role in the team’s success.



[HOW LIFE IS GONNA LOOK LIKE FOR YOU]

You will be actively involved in finding, engaging and qualifying potential prospects, and setting appointments for our sales team. To execute this task diligently, you are also required to update trackers on a daily basis and generate simple reports for the management. As you are spearheading this department, you are expected to provide constructive feedback on ways to improve workflow processes and effectiveness.


Being an Operations Executive also requires you to assist other departments in administrative duties. You will need to stay on top of things and know exactly what needs to be done without being prompted.

As community is a big part of our business, you are needed to assist the community manager in building and bonding our community together. Some examples of community building are (but not limited to) organising events, sending announcements, consolidating feedback and more.
Apart from the above, you will play a crucial support role to the Marketing and Client Success departments by assisting them with administrative tasks that contribute to the overall success of the company.
