We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Executive Support team member to work closely with the owner and help manage day-to-day business operations.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, keeping things organized, and learning new skills while growing with the company.
Responsibilities
Organize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to ensure projects stay on track
Support the owner with task management and follow-ups
Pull data from Shopify, spreadsheets, and other platforms to prepare reports
Assist with inventory tracking and vendor communication
Research and update product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
Support customer service by flagging issues and organizing responses
Manage calendars, scheduling, and follow-ups for the owner
Document systems and create checklists to improve workflows
Requirements
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Good at working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Shopify experience is a plus)
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time (40 hrs/week)
Must be available to work US hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Austin, Texas time) with a 1-hour break
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Background in operations, executive assistance, or data entry/reporting
Familiarity with Amazon/eBay product listings
Interest in e-commerce, marketing, or data analysis
Compensation & Benefits
Training Pay: $600 USD/month for the first 60 days (training period)
Regular Pay after Training: $800 and you can move up to $1,200+ USD/month (depending on skills & performance)
