Operations & Executive Assistant (SEO & Web Design Operations)

We are looking for a sharp, long-term Operations & Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to leadership, our SEO Manager, and our Website Project Manager.

This isn’t just a data-entry role. You will actively bridge the gap between client communications, HR initiatives, and technical project management.

What You’ll Do

• Operations & Project Management: Build, oversee, and program ClickUp to keep our agency running like a well-oiled machine.
• Client Communication & Delivery: Assist leadership, the SEO Manager, and the Web PM with client updates, ensuring no request drops through the cracks.
• Leadership Level HR Support: Assist leadership with internal HR operations, team tracking, and leadership-level people management.
• Daily Execution: Work a dedicated 9 AM to 5 PM schedule to maintain real-time ---------- ntum on active agency projects.

What We Are Looking For

• ClickUp Mastery: Proven experience organizing, structuring, and programming ClickUp spaces, automations, and dashboards.
• Industry Context: Exposure, knowledge, or proficiency in SEO and Website Builds (you don't need to be the developer, but you must speak the language and understand the workflows).
• Top-Tier Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear internal teamwork and professional client updates.
• Leadership Presence: Comfortable handling sensitive HR items and operating at a leadership level.
• Career-Minded: Seeking a reliable, long-term position with room to grow alongside the company.

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Full-Time)
