We’re looking for someone fast, sharp, and proactive to help run the backend of a growing company. This is not a typical VA role — it’s an entry point into an Integrator Track, where you’ll learn to run operations like a mini-COO.
If you thrive on moving quickly, solving problems without hand-holding, and keeping a founder focused on high-leverage work, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own daily administrative and operational tasks so the founder can stay in CEO mode.
- Manage
- Keep projects moving forward in Asana/Slack — following up, tracking progress, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Update and improve SOPs so future owners of tasks have clear instructions.
- Track metrics, prepare reports, and flag issues before they become problems.
- Anticipate needs, surface blockers fast, and suggest solutions instead of waiting for direction.
What We’re Looking For
- Bias for speed over perfection — you can deliver version 1 fast and refine later.
- Proactive communication — you speak up quickly when blocked or unclear.
- Ownership mentality — you don’t just “do tasks,” you drive outcomes.
- Comfortable with tools like Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, Loom, and CRMs.
- Integrity and reliability — no ghosting, no inflated hours, no excuses.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep execution moving forward.
