Operations Coordinator / Virtual Assistant — Client Workflow & Project Coordination

Earth Coast Productions is a Colorado-based live events and media production company with 15 years of track record. We work with mission-driven organizations, nonprofits, B-Corps, and forward-thinking corporate clients — from studio shoots to multi-day conferences.
We're hiring an Operations Coordinator (we call the role "Signal Operator" internally) to be the operational hub of our team. You'll run client workflows through our internal platform, coordinate projects from intake through delivery, own client communication, and become fluent in how our systems actually work. This is a client-facing role — you're visible to our clients and you keep things running while our production and creative teams focus on delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage client intake, project coordination, and communication through our platform
Own calendar and scheduling for shoots, calls, and events
Handle email triage and client follow-up with care
Learn our tech stack and suggest improvements as you understand how we work
Stay curious about AI tools as we integrate them into our workflows

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of admin, operations, or production support experience
Excellent written and spoken English — you represent us to clients
Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly
Genuine curiosity about how things work, not just executing tasks
Reliable and strong follow-through — clients depend on you
Able to work US business hours (this means a night-shift schedule in PH time)

SCHEDULE & PAY

15–25 hours/week, fully remote
Starting rate based on experience, reviewed at 6 months
Real growth path: this role can grow into operations leadership as you deepen your understanding of our work
