## About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will support and guide our remote tea
This role focuses on onboarding, engagement, retention, coaching coordination, time-off administration, milestone tracking, and ensuring tea
You will serve as a key point of contact for our remote professionals and play an important role in maintaining engagement, accountability, communication, and operational excellence.
We are intentionally looking to hire above the minimum requirements. Communication skills, ownership, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a genuine desire to help others succeed are just as important as experience.
## Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate onboarding for new remote tea
* Conduct 30, 60, and 90-day follow-ups
* Support engagement and retention initiatives
* Coordinate coaching and development programs
* Manage PTO and milestone tracking
* Support insurance and employee-related programs
* Maintain accurate tea
* Coordinate recognition and engagement activities
* Conduct exit interviews and offboarding coordination
* Partner with Operations, Training, Recruiting, and Leadership teams
* Ensure tea
