## About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will serve as the bridge between our clients and our internal team.

This role is responsible for ensuring clients receive exceptional support, communication, and follow-through throughout their journey with us. You will help coordinate onboarding, monitor client satisfaction, facilitate communication, and proactively address concerns before they become problems.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable communicating with executives and business owners.

This role is heavily client-facing and requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.

## Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate client onboarding and transitions
* Schedule and facilitate client check-ins
* Monitor client satisfaction and engagement
* Support trial-to-full engagement transitions
* Manage client records and documentation
* Coordinate client feedback and surveys
* Track client concerns and escalation items
* Ensure timely follow-up on client requests
* Maintain accurate records within company systems
* Partner with Operations, Recruiting, and Leadership teams
