Your mission is dual-focused: protect and nurture our client relationships while organizing the remote operational logistics that keep our security teams successfully deployed on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
Client Retention & Care: Build strong relationships with property managers and corporate clients, serving as their primary escalation contact for service requests, updates, or immediate issues.
Operational Performance Safeguards: Maintain high client satisfaction scores by conducting regular quality check-ins and feeding field observations back to operations.
Roster Oversight & Accountability: Partner with the scheduling desk to ensure guard placements meet specific client post rules, handling disciplinary actions or roster replacements if a guard fails client expectations.
Data Auditing: Routinely audit shift data and digital i
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in B2B Client Management, Account Management, or High-Level Customer Success roles.
Flawless corporate-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Excellent relationship-building, conflict-resolution, and organizational multitasking skills.
Ability to work fixed US PST hours and stay reachable for critical client or dispatch emergencies outside standard shifts.
