BMPC Concrete and Bug-Man Pest Service are Florida-based service companies seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Automation Assistant to help improve lead management, CRM systems, business automations, and administrative processes.
This is not a generic virtual assistant position. We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, improving workflows, and helping growing service businesses operate more efficiently.
Current systems:
- WordPress (Elementor)
- GorillaDesk
- CallRail
- Gmail
- Google Sheets
- Google Business Profile
- AI tools
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and organize incoming leads
- Review website form submissions
- Monitor CallRail call activity
- Maintain GorillaDesk CRM records
- Build and improve automation workflows
- Create and maintain Google Sheets tracking systems
- Assist with WordPress updates
- Help organize Gmail and lead-routing systems
- Assist with Google Business Profile posting
- Assist with estimate preparation and follow-up
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Work with AI tools to improve efficiency
