We’re hiring a part time Operations Associate to help us execute day to day tasks consistently and correctly. This is a general VA role focused on support, organization, and execution.

You should be comfortable following clear instructions, using AI tools, and completing tasks without constant supervision. LinkedIn is a great place to find me.

Our culture is startup style. Chill, flexible, and relationship driven, but serious about results and follow through.

What You’ll Do

Create lead lists and organize data in Google Sheets
Research local businesses and decision makers
Send template outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms
Use AI tools to create social media posts and captions
Assist with list building and prospect research
Update CRMs and internal systems
Complete structured tasks inside ClickUp
Record Loom updates when needed
Support launches and internal projects

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT
Able to follow instructions and complete repeatable processes
Organized and reliable
Honest with time tracking
Good written English
Comfortable working independently

Experience with marketing agencies or local service businesses is a plus but not required.

Part time: 25-35 hours per week
Fully remote
Flexible schedule
Occasional weekend work during launches
