What You'll Do
As an Operations Associate, you'll support the operational backbone of our campaigns and help ensure everything is set up for success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating onboarding and account setup for new tea
- Assisting with client onboarding and campaign setup
- Preparing campaigns for launch by validating inboxes, dialers, and lead sources
- Maintaining clean, accurate, and organized lead data
- Supporting team allocation and BDR assignments across client accounts
- Documenting and improving internal processes and SOPs
- Working closely with Client Success Managers and Team Leads to streamline operations
- Identifying opportunities for automation and implementing more scalable workflows
- Leveraging AI tools and operational systems to improve efficiency
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys organization, systems, and continuous improvement.
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Enjoy working with workflows, systems, and operational processes
- Are comfortable learning new software and technology tools
- Have experience using (or are eager to learn) CRM and sales operations platforms
- Can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

- Take ownership of tasks and proactively solve problems
- Have an interest in automation, AI, and process optimization

Work Schedule
- Full-Time Remote
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Must be available during U.S. business hours
