Our team uses LinkedIn, data-driven prospecting, and modern sales technologies to connect businesses with their ideal customers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a part-time Operations Associate / Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our LinkedIn outbound campaigns.
About the Role
Behind every successful outbound campaign is strong operational support. As our Operations Associate / Admin Assistant, you will help manage and support LinkedIn outbound campaign operations for our clients.
This is a part-time role focused on keeping campaign systems organized, active, and running smoothly. You will assist with monitoring LinkedIn profiles, maintaining campaign trackers, coordinating profile-related issues, updating records, and supporting general operational and administrative tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, outreach tools, AI tools, and admin processes. Your work will directly support the success of our client campaigns by helping ensure that outreach operations are properly maintained and campaign issues are handled quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing LinkedIn outbound campaigns for clients, including campaign setup, monitoring, and daily operational support.
- Monitor LinkedIn profiles to ensure they remain active, connected, and ready for outreach.
- Identify deactivated, restricted, disconnected, or inactive LinkedIn profiles and report issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the vendor when LinkedIn profiles need to be fixed, reactivated, replaced, or reconnected.
- Ensure LinkedIn profiles are properly connected to GetSales, our LinkedIn outreach tool.
- Track the status of LinkedIn profiles, campaign accounts, outreach tools, and vendor updates in internal trackers or spreadsheets.
- Monitor outreach activity and help ensure campaigns are running according to client requirements.
- Update and maintain prospect lists, campaign records, CRM data, and internal documentation.
- Assist with basic prospect research and data organization based on client targeting criteria.
- Prepare simple campaign updates, reports, and operational summaries as needed.
- Maintain outreach templates, campaign notes, contact lists, and process documentation.
- Use AI tools, spreadsheets, and automation platforms to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Provide general operational and administrative support as needed, including coordinating tasks, updating trackers, maintaining documentation, and assisting with other day-to-day campaign and business operations.
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online tools, and internal trackers.
- Experience using LinkedIn for research, outreach, recruitment, or administrative support is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outbound campaigns or prospecting tools is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Ability to follow processes, track details accurately, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Comfortable coordinating with vendors or internal tea
- Experience with CRM systems, outreach platforms, sales operations tools, or campaign management tools is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- USD 400 monthly pay.
- Part-time remote position.
- Work schedule: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Hands-on exposure to LinkedIn outbound campaigns, AI tools, automation platforms, and modern sales technologies.
- Ongoing training and development in lead generation, outbound campaign operations, and business operations.
