Operations Assistant E-commerce

We’re looking for a motivated E-commerce VA / Operations Assistant who knows Shopify, understands data, and likes improving systems. This is not a basic VA role. We want someone proactive who can take ownership, solve problems, and help the team move faster.

What we value most:

Hunger to improve
Strong Shopify and e-commerce experience.
Ability to understand key e-commerce and marketing metrics.
Basic understanding of CRO, A/B testing, creatives, hooks, and UGC.
Strong experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Comfortable using Notion or similar tools.


What you’ll do:

Manage and improve our Shopify stores.
Update products, pages, apps, discounts, bundles, and settings.
Help analyze A/B tests and suggest next steps.
Improve Notion dashboards, SOPs, checklists, and workflows.
Help the team stay organized and identify bottlenecks.
