- Main Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules and cleaning bookings.
Handle all client communication: messages, changes, confirmations.
Pick up approximately one client call per day.
Organise cleaning teams and daily workflows.
Prepare invoice descriptions following the required format.
Track laundry quantities and applicable rates.
Maintain internal records and general administrative support.
Manage stock levels and coordinate product orders.
- Required Profile
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Portuguese is very helpful; if not fluent, must be able to translate anything needed.
Experience in administration or operations.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Fast and clear communication via WhatsApp and
Ability to solve issues quickly and independently.
Comfortable working fully remote.
