Operations Analyst / Assistant Coach (Automation + Analytics)

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Pacific Time (PT) with flexibility as needed
Compensation: $4.25/hour (40 hours/week)

About the Role

We are hiring a Full-Time Operations Analyst / Assistant Coach to support an online fitness coaching business.

This is a backend, execution-focused role with a strong emphasis on:

-Assistant coaching (primary focus)

-Facebook Ads ---------- & reporting

-Data tracking and modeling

-Automation and systems (Zapier, workflows)

The most important part of this role is your ability to make decisions within a structured system.

You will not just follow instructions — you will be responsible for reviewing performance, identifying patterns, and making adjustments based on clear SOPs and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Assistant Coaching (Primary Focus)

-Review client performance data (reps, weights, notes)

-Adjust weights and progressions based on performance

-Increase weight when a client consistently hits the top of the rep range

-Maintain or reduce weight when performance drops or form is compromised

-Ensure programs are progressing correctly week over week

-Build weekly meal plans using templates

-Customize meals based on client preferences (protein selections, etc.)

-Insert pre-approved recipes into plans

???? You are expected to:

-Make independent decisions using SOPs

-Catch mistakes and inconsistencies

-Maintain high accuracy and quality

-Work without constant supervision

Ads Analytics & Data Operations

-Analyze Facebook Ads performance (CPM, CTR, CPL, CAC, bookings, etc.)

-Track and input data into Google Sheets dashboards

-Maintain clean and accurate datasets

-Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities

Automation & Systems

-Build and manage workflows using Zapier (or similar tools)

-Connect systems (Meta Ads, Google Sheets, CRMs, etc.)

-Improve workflows to reduce manual work

-Troubleshoot and maintain automations

Important Notes

? Not a client-facing role

? Fully backend (operations, analytics, systems)

? Heavy focus on assistant coaching + decision-making

? SOPs, templates, and training are provided

Schedule Expectations

-Primarily working Pacific Time (PT) hours

-Must be available during core business hours

-Flexibility to adjust schedule when needed (campaign launches, updates, deadlines, etc.)

-Reliable and consistent availability is required

What We’re Looking For

-Highly detail-oriented and precise

-Strong with numbers and logical thinking

-Able to follow systems and think independently

-Comfortable making decisions without being told every step

-Proactive in identifying and fixing issues

Requirements

-Business Fluent English (written and verbal)

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-High attention to detail (critical)

-Comfortable making decisions within guidelines

-Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, filters, basic logic)

-Experience with Zapier or automation tools

-Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager

Bonus (Strong Plus)

-Experience with fitness programs or coaching support

-Experience adjusting workouts or macros

-Experience with dashboards or reporting systems

-Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
