Own the synchronized job-flow, SOPs, QC, and delivery scalability so the operation absorbs 5x volume without the founder
coordinating jobs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Install and enforce the eight-phase gated lifecycle and every phase SOP.
Own the two control KPIs: submittal cycle time and estimate-vs-actual labor variance.
Manage PM, Production Foreman, and Procurement; run the two-week WIP/flow review.
Drive cycle-time and DSO compression; eliminate idle-crew and rework leaks.

PROCEDURES
Audit gate compliance weekly; no job advances on a skipped gate.
Lead post-job reviews comparing estimated vs. actual cost and time.

GUIDELINES
Build roles and SOPs, not heroics. A process that needs a hero isn’t done.
Escalate labor variance > 10% same-day, not at job end.

ACTIVITIES
Weekly: WIP/flow review, capacity vs. backlog, QC and change-order audit.
Monthly: SOP refinement; cycle-time trend analysis.

DAILY ACTIVITIES
Review all active-job gate status; clear bottlenecks; confirm next-day site readiness and crew assignments.
