About Us:
NTG Distribution is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) company that helps e-commerce brands scale by providing warehousing, fulfillment, and inventory management. We operate with a simple philosophy: Communication, Transparency, and Partnership. We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Virtual Assistant to help support daily operations and client communication.
Expected Hours: 25 per week. We are flexible! If you get your work done, you do not have to continue working. However, we expect you to be responsible, manage your tasks, and get the jobs required done. At the beginning we can expect roughly 25 hours of work per week. However, if you need more hours to justify this position then please let us know.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage shipping labels through Chewy and other carrier portals
- Monitor incoming order volumes through our warehouse and shipping software (Packiyo and related tools)
- Track and respond to client and internal
- Develop customer SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) for each of NTG Distributions clients.
- Assist with day-to-day 3PL operational support
- Maintain and update inventory records for multiple clients
- Build inventory and order reports using Excel or Google Sheets
- Identify, investigate, and report order or inventory discrepancies
- Communicate clearly with U.S.-based tea
- Help improve and document operational processes over time
- Develop customer SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures).
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable learning and navigating new web-based software
- Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills (sorting, formulas, reports)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently
- Reliable internet and professional home workspace
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse operations
- Experience with shipping label creation platforms
- Familiarity with inventory management or WMS systems
- Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses
