Online Course Designer/Content Writer/Data Entry/Transcriptional/Researcher

We are hiring an Online Course ---------- this position, you will focus on designing and developing dynamic, visual learning solutions, instructor-led and self-paced, on helping solve business ---------- om analysis to implementation and evaluation, you will create elegant and valuable learning experiences to enable our business strategy. Whether it’s a video, PowerPoint presentation, or eLearning material, you will leverage existing content or creating something brand new.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain course materials including eLearning, video, Audio, PowerPoint presentations, evaluations, etc;
• Transform written content into graphic elements that enhance learnability;
• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learning contexts;
• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances transfer and retention knowledge competencies

Qualifications and Skills:

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in education;
• You have 2 years of experience in instructional design and development, technical writing;
• Ability to self-manage, manage up and take the initiative to drive project success, meet deadlines;
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excel and PowerPoint required;
• Excel Advanced Formulas and VBA considered an asset;
• Experience with various LMS and Adobe Suite considered an asset;
• Graphic design experience also an asset;
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English required;

Other requirements:

• Willingness to work on ongoing, inherited projects as well as new projects;
• Willingness to ask for clarification if instructions are unclear;
• High-speed internet connection required;
• Ongoing, daily email and/or Skype communication;
• Must invoice us weekly, payments based on invoices;
• Must be able to accept payment via Easypay, Transferwise or PayPal;
• A positive attitude, excellent communication skills and timely responsiveness; to email and Skype queries will be critical to your success.
