We’re looking for a reliable, experienced graphic designer + video editor to work with us on an on-call, per-task basis.
This is not a full-time role and not for beginners.
We need someone we can drop work to, get clean execution, and move fast.
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
You must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Premiere Pro
???? No Canva
???? No template-only designers
For video:
CapCut or similar tools are acceptable only if the work looks professionally built
No copy-paste templates, no auto-styled junk
If we wanted templates, we’d do it ourselves
What You’ll Be Doing
Work will vary based on need and may include:
Flyers, posters, one-pagers
Infographics and digital assets
Social media graphics
PDF layouts (InDesign)
Short-form video edits (social, promo, recap)
Light motion graphics or clean transitions
Occasional revisions or resizing for different formats
You’ll receive clear task briefs with expectations defined upfront.
How We Pay
We work by deliverable or by prepaid work blocks, depending on the task.
Standard Work Block

Within a block, we expect a minimum of ~5 deliverables, depending on scope
Larger or more complex tasks are accounted for appropriately

Blocks are purchased as needed (sometimes weekly, sometimes not)
We don’t micromanage hours — we care about clean execution and results.

Communication matters — flag issues early
Reliability > speed
