Odoo Software Programmer and Expert

I am looking for the right person for my company. We offer Odoo 14 and 15 to other companies and we need a person who knows how to code, who can write the codes correctly, who can help us develop new modules, and if that person exceeds our expectations we can hire them full time. We need someone proactive, smart, easy to talk to, customer service oriented. I put 400 dollars but the rate can be set up depending on the project. Thanks
