OPERATIONS MANAGER (WITH CLICKUP + GHL EXPERTISE)

FULL-TIME | LONG-TERM | AZ PARTIAL OVERLAP | NO AGENCIES — We’re hiring an Operations Manager with expertise in ClickUp + GoHighLevel to support a fast-growing marriage & relationship coaching company. This role is 70% tech (ClickUp, GHL workflows, automation) and 30% content publishing. If you love systems, clarity, and supporting a visionary founder, this is for you.

Salary: PHP50,000–PHP70,000 (full-time, long-term)
You must have hands-on experience in GoHighLevel AND strong project management experience. ClickUp experience is strongly preferred but not required if you are confident you can learn quickly.

Experience Hope Counseling LLC (DBA Experience Growth Coaching) provides high-end marriage and relationship coaching for high-achieving couples and men. We are NOT a counseling clinic. We operate as a coaching company grounded in 18 years of experience, systems thinking, and personal development.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a full-time Operations Manager (with ClickUp + GHL expertise) who will become the backbone of our operations, systems, content publishing, and automation.

This role requires initiative, strong technical skill, excellent communication, and the ability to support a visionary founder.

FIRST 90 DAYS FOCUS (70% TECH / 30% CONTENT)

- Review and optimize our ClickUp architecture
- Manage CEO Inbox and daily priorities
- Build and improve GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, triggers, and funnels
- Publish long-form content (blogs, SEO formatting, YouTube descriptions)
- Create and expand email + SMS follow-up sequences
- Establish weekly operational rhythms

After the first 90 days, the role will move toward a 50/50 tech + content balance.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You’ll work directly with our founder, Timothy Shetter, M.S. in Marriage & Family Therapy, now a marriage and men’s coach with 18 years of experience supporting over 1,000 couples. This is a coaching business, not a therapy practice.

Your work will help strengthen marriages, families, and legacies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS
Review and optimize ClickUp workspace
Create dashboards and automate processes
Manage daily priorities and communication
Maintain operational rhythm

TECH & AUTOMATION
Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows and triggers
Improve funnels, forms, and notifications
Create and optimize SMS and email sequences
Support client onboarding and offboarding

CONTENT PUBLISHING
Format and publish blog posts (SEO-friendly)
Upload and optimize YouTube videos
Turn transcripts into clean, readable content
Assist with website updates when needed

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Track deadlines and deliverables
Keep projects organized and moving
Communicate proactively

IDEAL EXPERIENCE
Strong ClickUp experience
Strong GoHighLevel experience
Content publishing and basic SEO
Experience supporting a coach, counselor, therapist, or consultant (preferred)
Excellent written and spoken English
High attention to detail
Warm, professional communication
