Notion Expert

We are seeking a Notion expert to assist in setting up and optimizing Notion for both personal and business use. After the structural setup is completed, I'd ideally like to continue the working relationship to help evolve Notion as our needs change, but on an as-needed basis.
The ideal candidate will help create databases, templates, and workflows tailored to our needs. We're looking for someone with experience, not a novice.
We'd love to work with someone who can see what we need to accomplish from a bird' s-eye view and architect databases and workflows that will work well for our team. You must have excellent communication and feel comfortable making suggestions to me as the Notion expert. I'm not a Notion expert and would like your input based on the needs I share with you. I'm not just looking for someone who can do things as I request, but rather someone who can show me what's possible.
