About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Automation & Systems Specialist to help us build, manage, and improve the systems we create for our clients.
You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining workflows that help local service businesses receive leads, track calls, manage follow-ups, and measure results.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys automation, systems, AI tools, and solving technical problems.

What You’ll Do
?? Build and maintain automations in ----------
???? Set up and improve CRM workflows in ----------
???? Work with Call Tracking Metrics to track calls, forms, numbers, and campaigns
???? Use Claude Code to help build internal tools, scripts, dashboards, and automation systems
???? Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, and integrations
???? Make sure every lead reaches the right CRM, tea ---------- mber, WhatsApp, Slack, or email
???? Help track lead status, sales, revenue, and campaign performance
???? Troubleshoot broken automations and improve existing systems

What We’re Looking For
