Need Part time VA for Admin work

I’m looking for a Part-time Admin Support (20-30 hours with potential to move to full time later) Hours will be around 9am-3pm Eastern ---------- ndidates must be organized and have prior experience in Cold Calling, experience using CRMs, Documents, Spreadsheets, Sending Emails and some other assistant work. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Your Top Tasks (YOU WILL BE TRAINED ON ALL OF THIS):
Handle emails coming in, respond, and organize
Scheduling salespeople, and estimates.
Data Entry
Social Media Ads
Social Media Management
Cold calling / General phone calls for looking up products.
Material Ordering
Communicating with the crews.
Update CRM with leads, and or help organize CRM
Update my schedule with important appointments

Job Requirements:
* Spanish-speaking agent is a plus!! (We are seeking bilingual agents.)
* Soft-spoken and communication skills
* Well-versed with spreadsheets, documents, and emails
* Willing to during the hours listed above.
* Have a smartphone and laptop with a good internet connection

Pay:
-You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on job post) but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses
-You will be paid based on hours worked.
