We’re hiring Online Sales Chat Representatives to engage with customers through live chat, build rapport, and close sales using our proven (and easy-to-learn) system. You’ll be trained to recognize key buyer behaviors that help us close sales faster and more efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not just hiring chat agents. We’re looking for quick learners who can master our system and spot patterns in customer behavior to close more deals. You’ll need:
- Excellent written English and strong grammar and quick type speed.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust fast.
- Sharp attention to detail – we teach you how to recognize buyer signals.
- A desire to grow, learn, and improve your skills.
- A reliable computer and fast internet connection.

Your Daily Tasks:

- Chat with customers in real time to help them make purchase decisions.
- Follow our proven script framework while adapting to each customer’s style.
- Spot behaviours or messages that tell you what the customer really wants.
- Overcome objections with empathy and confidence.
- Log chat details and update notes on customers using CRM
- Work closely with our team to share insights and celebrate wins.

Shift Availability - We currently have 2 positions available:

- Day + Night Shifts Available
- 12 Hour Shifts - (1 Day on 1 Day Off Rotating Shift Pattern)
