We are a growing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation company looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented **Remote Dispatcher & Invoicing Assistant** to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable handling patient transportation scheduling, communicating with drivers and clients, and managing invoicing for private-pay transportation services. Philippines-based remote applicants are welcome, and experience supporting U.S.-based companies is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Schedule and coordinate patient transportation trips.
Set up dispatch schedules for daily, weekly, and recurring rides.
Communicate with patients, family members, caregivers, facilities, and drivers.
Confirm pickup times, drop-off locations, appointment times, and special transportation needs.
Monitor driver status and update trip details as needed.
Keep accurate records of completed trips, cancellations, no-shows, and schedule changes.
Prepare and send invoices to private-pay clients.
Track payments, balances, unpaid invoices, and follow-ups.
Maintain organized spreadsheets, billing logs, and client records.
Provide professional customer service by phone, text, and
Protect patient and client information with strict confidentiality.
**Preferred Experience:**
NEMT dispatching experience preferred.
Medical transportation, home health, healthcare admin, customer service, or virtual assistant experience is helpful.
Experience with invoicing, billing, payment tracking, or QuickBooks/Square/Stripe is a plus.
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel,
Strong English communication skills.
Highly organized and able to multitask.
Reliable internet, computer, headset, and quiet workspace.
