Multimedia Content Producer (Video Editor / Content Manager / Graphic Designer)

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who can own the entire content pipeline, from raw footage to finished posts. This role blends high-level strategy with hands-on production, perfect for someone who loves turning ideas into scroll-stopping visuals.

What You’ll Do

- Edit and polish long-form video into short-form clips, medium-form YouTube segments, and platform-specific assets that capture attention and spark engagement.

- Design on-brand graphics and visual elements; from thumbnails and ---------- s to motion graphics and social templates that elevate every piece of content.

- Plan and manage the content calendar, ensuring a steady cadence of posts across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

- Leverage AI tools and creative tech to repurpose key ---------- nts, create timely ---------- s, and keep our social presence fresh and relevant.

- Collaborate across time zones, maintaining smooth communication and delivering on tight deadlines.

Because our content strategy moves fast and spans multiple platforms, we need to see more than a portfolio. We want to watch you edit at scale, craft platform-specific content, and communicate clearly, all under real-world deadlines. To help us identify the right fit, we’ve designed a **paid challenge** with clear evaluation criteria:

- Editing Quality (60%) and Creativity (30%) carry the most weight, reflecting our priority on standout visuals and compelling storytelling.

- Strategy & Communication (10%) round out the scoring to ensure you can both plan content effectively and communicate with our team.

Top submissions will not only earn **cash prizes: $125 for first place, $75 for second, and $50 for third** but may also be fast-tracked into a paid trial that can evolve into a long-term retainer role. To qualify for consideration, all material must be submitted by Thursday at 8 a.m. Eastern, a two-day turnaround that reflects our real production pace.
