Multimedia Content Creator
1. Video Editing (Non-Negotiable)
Candidate must be able to:
• edit short-form content quickly,
• add captions,
• transitions,
• pacing,
• hooks,
• sound effects,
• music,
• callouts,
• product highlights.

Tools:
• CapCut
• Premiere Pro
• Final Cut
• DaVinci Resolve

2. Graphic Design for Ads
Candidate must know how to create:
• promotional graphics,
• sales ads,
• flyers,
• social media posts,
• banners,
• price promos,
• branding layouts.

Candidate must understand marketing design, not just pretty or nice designs.
A beautiful ad that does not convert is useless.

Tools:
• Canva
• Photoshop
• Illustrator

3. Content Shooting / Photography
Candidate need to understand:
• framing,
• angles,
• lighting,
• product photography,
• phone camera optimization,
• composition.

4. Short-Form Content Understanding
Candidate must understand how content performs on:
Facebook,
• Instagram Reels,
• TikTok,
• WhatsApp Status,
• YouTube Shorts.

Candidate should understand:
• hooks in first 3 seconds,
• pacing,
• retention,
• trend adaptation,
• attention psychology.

5. Speed and Volume Execution
Retail marketing is relentless.
We need someone who can:
• produce quickly,
• handle multiple campaigns,
• react to promotions,
• turn around content same-day when needed.

6. Ability to Follow Creative Direction
Candidate needs to:
• collaborate well,
• interpret ideas correctly,
• execute efficiently,
• accept revisions professionally.

7. Branding Consistency
Candidate must understand:
• fonts,
• colors,
• spacing,
• brand tone,
• visual consistency.

8. Basic Copy and Caption Awareness
Candidate should understand:

• promo formatting,

• visual hierarchy.

9. Organization & File Management
Candidate need to manage:

• content calendars.
