Motivational Video Scriptwriter (Storyline from Existing Clips)

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative scriptwriter to help us craft powerful motivational YouTube videos using existing video clips from well-known speakers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders. Your role will be to create engaging, emotionally impactful storylines that connect with our audience and inspire them.

Responsibilities:

• Research and download original speeches, interviews, podcasts, or other video/audio content from the assigned speaker
• Select the best segments that fit the desired tone and message
• Create a compelling emotional arc and pacing for the video

• Ensure every script has:
– A strong, attention-grabbing beginning
– A clear build-up
– An emotional or powerful peak that leaves an impact

Requirements:

• Speaking English (fluently)
• Strong storytelling and creative writing skills
• Experience in scriptwriting for video content (YouTube or similar platforms preferred)
• Ability to research and source relevant clips independently
• Understanding of pacing, emotional arcs, and audience engagement
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Passion for motivational and self-improvement content is a big plus
