Motion Graphics & Video Editor (YouTube & Podcast Content)

We are a fast-growing full-service podcast production company working with executives, entrepreneurs, and personal brands.

We’re looking for a skilled Motion Graphics & Video Editor who can turn long-form podcast content into engaging YouTube videos and high-performing short-form clips with clean edits, dynamic visuals, and modern motion graphics.

???? Responsibilities

• Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube (45–90 minutes)
• Create short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok
• Add motion graphics, animated text, lower thirds, transitions, and visual elements
• Sync audio and video properly (multi-cam setup sometimes)
• Improve pacing, flow, and engagement
• Apply basic color correction and audio leveling when needed
• Follow brand guidelines and content style per client
• Meet deadlines consistently

???? Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing + motion graphics
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools)
• Experience editing podcasts or YouTube content (preferred)
• Good sense of storytelling, rhythm, and audience retention
• Ability to follow instructions and receive feedback well
• Reliable internet connection and computer setup
• Attention to detail
