Motion Graphics Drawings Needed

Looking for someone who knows how to draw over videos and create this type of animation: ---------- from iOS.MOV?dl=0

We're an up-and-coming youtube channel and want to find an artist to give us an edge over the other videos in our space. This is a very long-term position as you will be the head artist working on all of the videos moving forward so please only respond if you are looking to be in this long term and grow with the rest of the team.
