Motion Effects + Elementor / WordPress Web Design

We're looking for a creative Elementor developer who geeks out over scroll-driven motion, parallax, and immersive visual storytelling — someone who sees a website as an experience, not just a page.
You should be comfortable working with Premium Addons (Magic Scroll, Image Layers, Lottie Animations, etc.) and know how to use Elementor's Motion Effects to make sections feel alive — fade-ins, parallax depth, scroll-triggered animations, sticky elements, the works.
What matters most to us:
-> You have a portfolio that makes people pause and scroll slowly — not just clean layouts, but sites where the motion and visual layering pull you in.
-> You can take a rough creative direction and run with it — we'll share mood boards, references, and ideas, but we want you leading the design execution.
-> You take feedback well and pivot fast — sometimes the vision shifts mid-build, and we need someone who treats that as part of the creative process, not a setback
