Job Summary
We’re hiring a ---------- CRM & Systems Manager to lead the build-out, optimization, and day-to-day management of our operational systems. You will own our ---------- workspace and support the accuracy of donor, student, and sponsorship records. This role supports both strategy and execution, and will be essential to helping our global team function at a high level.

You will report to our Chief of Ministry Operations in Kenya and also work closely with our Director of Programs & Engagement in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
- ---------- Ownership & Optimization
- Design and manage complex boards, dashboards, automations, and templates
- Build structured workflows for donor and sponsor engagement, task tracking, and reporting
- Integrate ---------- with platforms like Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier, and Airtable
- Maintain documentation and SOPs for system use across the team

CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for sponsors, donors, students, and schools
- Support internal reporting (donor summaries, sponsor updates, year-end reports, etc.)
- Assist in syncing data across platforms like Virtuous, Stripe, and Google Sheets

Team Collaboration & Operations Support
- Work closely with our Kenya-based team to manage sponsorship fulfillment and impact tracking
- Support the U.S. Director of Programs & Engagement with project coordination, timelines, and reporting
- Communicate effectively through Slack, Zoom, and ---------- to stay aligned across time zones

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience using ---------- at an advanced level (board creation, automations, integrations)
- Strong organizational and systems thinking skills
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Self-motivated and dependable in a fully remote work environment
- Able to start full-time on June 2, 2025

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations or CRM platforms
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Zapier, Slack, or Virtuous
- Comfortable managing large sets of operational or donor data
- Long-term interest in mission-driven work with global impact

Position Details
- Full-time, remote (Philippines-based only)
- Monday to Friday (East Africa daytime schedule)
