Mobile application and web development manager

. I'm looking for a full-time employee. Probably going to be from overseas to keep the price affordable. Must speak good English. Or at least be able to communicate well in text. Excellent graphic design video experience. Web development. And application development for phone, iPhone and Android. The applicant will have to show significant experience in developing full scale applications. We are a manufacturer of trailers in the United States. That is looking to develop an app for phones to operate a significant portion of our business. And we're looking for our own full-time person. ----------
