Mini VSL (2-3 mins) Direct Response Video Editor

I need a direct response editor who can cut VSLs that actually convert.
The role
You'll edit VSLs, generate the voiceovers, and source your own b-roll and a-roll. You will be provided with 3D animations to explain the mechanisms but eventually you must learn to create them yourself. I'm handing you the script and direction — you bring it to life end to end.

Must have

Direct response / VSL editing experience
Comfortable using AI content and tools
Adobe Premiere Pro/ Capcut

Step 1 — Tell me about you
A short note on your experience, plus links to 2–3 of your best VSLs. I want winners — ones that actually performed.
Step 2 — Sample task
I'll send you a 15-second VSL intro to edit. Just the intro — the lead and the hook. It's the most important 15 seconds of any VSL: if it doesn't grip, nothing after it matters. Quick note before that, since I only move forward with people who actually read this far: make the first line of your reply job Bamba. once I am satisfied with your previous experience and work I'll then send a simple SOP with exactly what I want. This sample is unpaid.
Pay
$30 per batch of creatives. NOTE: A batch meaning 3-5 hooks and 1 body. Strong samples move to a paid 60-second VSL trial with feedback, then ongoing work from there. We will be aiming to do 3-4 batches a week
