We are seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Accountant/Finance Professional to manage and organize our financial systems. This is NOT a training opportunity—we need someone who is already confident working with numbers, Excel formulas/macros, and financial tracking.

???? REQUIREMENTS (No Exceptions):

Proven accounting and financial management experience
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and financial modeling)
Must be able to work with financial codes, budgets, and reconciliations
Experience with bookkeeping, profit/loss reports, and cash flow tracking
MUST have experience with ---------- for workflow and financial tracking
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
