Role Overview
Your primary responsibility is turning finished ad scripts into ready-to-post video ads. This is a detail-heavy, execution-focused role with daily deliverables, recurring client work, and direct communication with the team.
Core Responsibilities
Run scripts through ElevenLabs and produce natural, clean, and consistent AI voiceovers
Select the right voice, pacing, tone, and emphasis for each ad
Edit voiceovers into completed video ads using Adobe Premiere Pro
Apply client-specific adjustments — company name, location, offer, warranty, CTA, and any other details — accurately and without error
Organize and manage files properly within Google Drive
Requirements
Technical Skills
Must have working experience in Adobe Premiere Pro (basic to intermediate is acceptable — zero experience is an automatic disqualification)
Must be comfortable working with AI voice generation via ElevenLabs, with a clear understanding of how to make voices sound natural, clean, and consistent
Attention to Detail
Must be precise with client-specific information — company names, locations, offers, and ad structure must be accurate at all times
Errors on core details are not acceptable
Judgment & Communication
Must be able to follow instructions exactly, while also exercising enough independent judgment to fix obvious issues, improve flow and timing, and ask clarifying questions when something is unclear
Must be comfortable with daily communication and daily task updates
Must take full ownership of assigned tasks from start to delivery
Work Style & Availability
Must be okay working as a freelancer (no employment structure)
Must be comfortable handling recurring daily and weekly work
Must be organized when managing Google Drive files and client assets
Must be willing to work on weekends
24-hour turnaround time is expected on assigned tasks
