### Role: Meta Ads Technical Operator (Execution-Focused)
**Overview**
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Meta Ads Technical Operator to manage day-to-day execution, tracking integrity, and performance monitoring for a premium DTC brand. This role is execution-heavy, not client-facing. Strategy and client communication are handled internally.
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Daily health checks of Meta Ads campaigns (delivery, spend, events firing)
* Troubleshoot Meta Ads issues (delivery errors, event misfires, UI inconsistencies)
* Maintain clean funnel structure (TOF VC ? MOF IC ? BOF Purchase)
* Manage Events Manager (Pixel, CAPI, AEM priorities)
* Launch and iterate weekly campaigns and creatives based on direction
* Monitor performance against benchmarks (CTR, CPC, VC, IC, CPA)
* Produce a concise weekly performance report with insights and recommendations
* Flag risks early (tracking breaks, learning resets, fatigue, overspend)
**Required Experience**
* 2+ years hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience
* Proven experience fixing Pixel / CAPI / AEM issues
* Comfortable diagnosing tracking vs UX vs creative problems
* Experience with DTC ecommerce funnels (Shopify preferred)
* Calm, methodical approach to debugging Meta issues
**Nice to Have**
* Experience with premium or local-service DTC brands
* Familiarity with geo-based targeting (ZIP code campaigns)
* Ability to explain complex issues simply
