Meta Ads Statics Creator

We’re looking for a creative and proactive freelance partner to help us produce high-performing Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) for Manucurist, a leading clean beauty brand based in Paris.
You’ll collaborate with our internal creative team to develop and produce engaging static ads (images, carousels, thumbnails) for our products (mainly Green Flash and Active ranges).

Your role:

- Be strongly proactive and bring new creative ideas
- Concept and design engaging static ads following performance-driven structures
- Adapt visuals to multiple Meta formats (feeds, stories, reels covers, carousels, etc.)
- Optimize layouts, typography and product focus to improve scroll-stopping power and conversions

Profile:

- Strong understanding of social media ad formats and trends (Meta focus)
- Skilled in visual storytelling and creative concepts
- Proficient in design tools (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Good sense of branding, composition, and typography
- Creative mindset with a performance-driven approach

Bonus points:

- Experience with beauty or fashion brands
- Understanding of DTC / e-commerce performance marketing
