Meta Ads Performance Expert

Expose Me Marketing is an award-winning Australian marketing agency helping businesses grow through strategic digital marketing. We work with clients across a wide range of industries and are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Performance Manager to join our growing remote team in the Philippines.

This is a full-time remote position for someone who is highly skilled in Meta advertising, client communication, campaign strategy, and performance optimisation.

About The Role

As our Meta Ads Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts while acting as the point of contact for client communication and campaign strategy.

You will work closely with our Australian-based team to ensure clients receive exceptional results and service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with client goals and objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisation decisions
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
- Create and implement testing strategies for creatives, audiences and campaign structures
- Analyse campaign results and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports
- Communicate directly with clients via email, phone and video meetings
- Attend internal team meetings and strategy sessions
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure accounts are operating efficiently
- Work collaboratively with content creators, designers and account managers

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager
- Proven experience generating leads and sales through Meta Ads
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident speaking with clients via Google Meet and Whatsapp
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with Australian clients
- Experience with service-based businesses
- Understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets ranging from $1,000 to $50,000+
