JOB DESCRIPTION
As our Meta Ads Manager, you will own our
You will run paid social for one or both of our brands: Paseo Road and HiEnd Accents.
YOU’RE EXCITED BECAUSE YOU WILL...
- Own full-funnel Meta strategy: prospecting (interest, LLA) and retargeting (site & engagement), including Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC), Catalog/Dynamic Product Ads, and evergreen remarketing.
- Launch and restructure campaigns using best practices (ABO vs CBO, placements, cost cap/lowest cost bidding, audience simplification) to balance scale with 4x ROAS guardrails.
- Implement rock-solid tracking: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, domain verification, Aggregated Event Measurement, event prioritization, and UTM hygiene for clean attribution.
- Continuously optimize: creative/ad set rotation, frequency control, budget pacing, bid strategy testing, audience refreshes, and landing-page alignment to drive ROAS and lower CAC.
- Run creative testing at scale: briefs for static/video/UGC, angles and hooks, Dynamic Creative Testing, and structured A/B tests via Experiments.
- Research competitors via the Meta Ad Library and market insights to infor
- Report what matters: maintain a daily Looker Studio/Sheets dashboard; send daily, weekly, and monthly performance updates with insights and next actions.
- Partner cross-functionally with our U.S. and PH teams (Slack/Zoom/email) on offers, promos, landing pages, and inventory priorities.
- Stay current on Meta policies, privacy changes (iOS), and paid social best practices.
WE’RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU HAVE...
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing Meta ads for eCommerce (catalogs, dynamic ads, prospecting and retargeting).
- A proven track record hitting aggressive ROAS targets (ideally 3–4x+ on first-sale or cold traffic) and scaling spend without sacrificing efficiency.
- Deep fluency with Meta Ads Manager and Events Manager (Pixel/CAPI, AEM, attribution windows, Experiments).
- Strong grasp of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, frequency) and how to act on them.
- Excellent organization and communication, and comfort working with Slack, Zoom, and
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and brands simultaneously, with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Nice to have (not required): Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads; GA4/Looker Studio; Shopify/BigCommerce feed management; light graphic/video editing; Meta Blueprint certification.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- First 30 days: Audit accounts, validate Pixel/CAPI and events, benchmark performance, deliver a testing roadmap (audiences, bids, creatives, offers), and stabilize remarketing to target ROAS.
- Days 31–60: Launch/optimize ASC and catalog structures for both brands, roll out creative tests, and improve prospecting ROAS while scaling spend within guardrails.
- Days 61–90: Systematically scale winners, refresh creatives to prevent fatigue, and lock in a repeatable process for sustaining 4x first-sale ROAS.
