About the Role
We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to launch and manage lead generation campaigns on
Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads through Meta's Lead Forms and lead generation campaigns.
This role is focused on campaign setup, audience targeting, optimization, and lead generation. You will not be responsible for sales, appointment setting, or closing deals.
Responsibilities
Create and launch
Set up Meta Instant Forms
Research and test target audiences
Create and manage retargeting campaigns
Monitor campaign performance
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and lower Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Scale winning campaigns
Report campaign results weekly
Requirements
Experience running Meta lead generation campaigns
Good understanding of
Experience with audience targeting and retargeting
Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
Strong understanding of lead generation best practices
Ability to work independently
Preferred Experience
Experience generating leads in Europe or the Netherlands
Experience with service-based or local lead generation campaigns
Experience using Meta Lead Forms
Success Metrics
You will be evaluated based on:
Number of qualified leads generated
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Lead quality
Campaign performance
