Job Description
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to help us develop and scale high-performing ad creatives for Meta Ads.
This role is not for someone who only writes copy or designs ads. You’ll be responsible for shaping the ideas behind the ads — identifying winning angles, translating customer desire into messaging, and guiding creative execution based on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing creative angles based on customer desire, awareness, and market sophistication
- Writing clear, actionable creative briefs for video and static ads (hooks, angles, messaging, visual direction)
- Reviewing ad performance and identifying patterns in winning creatives
- Iterating and expanding winning concepts into scalable creative systems
- Collaborating with a creative team to align creatives with campaign goals

What We’re Looking For
- Experience working on paid ad creatives for eCommerce brands
- Strong understanding of desire, and customer psychology (applied, not theoretical)
- Ability to explain why an ad works and how to improve it
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where results matter
- Clear communicator who can collaborate with a team
- Ability to use innovative tools and AI in the creative process

Nice to Have
- 2+ Years experience with Meta ads
- Familiarity with classic copywriting and marketing principles (and real-world application)
- Experience producing or guiding multiple winning ad concepts
- Previous work with an agency or eCommerce brand
- Fluent in English
