JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Meta API Specialist to develop a two-way integration between Meta Direct Messages (DMs) and our custom-built CRM system. The goal is to automatically sync incoming and outgoing messages fro ---------- ta platforms (such as Instagram and Facebook Messenger) with our internal CRM so that conversations can be managed, tracked, and responded to directly within our system.

This role requires strong experience with the Meta (Facebook) Graph API, messaging webhooks, and building scalable integrations between external APIs and internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop a two-way integration between Meta Direct Messages and our custom CRM.
• Connect and manage messaging data from Instagram and Facebook Messenger via the Meta Graph API.
• Implement webhooks for real-time message synchronization between Meta platforms and the CRM.
• Ensure bi-directional communication, allowing messages sent from the CRM to appear in Meta DMs and vice versa.
• Maintain reliable message delivery, error handling, and logging.
• Work with our internal team to map conversation data structures and CRM workflows.
• Ensure compliance with Meta platform policies and API requirements.
• Optimize performance and scalability of the integration.
• Provide documentation and basic technical handover upon completion.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience with Meta (Facebook) Graph API.
• Proven experience integrating Instagra ---------- ssaging API and/or Facebook Messenger API.
• Experience implementing webhooks and event-driven architectures.
• Backend development experience (Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar).
• Experience integrating external APIs with custom CRM systems.
• Understanding of authentication methods such as OAuth and access tokens.
• Ability to debug API issues and handle rate limits, errors, and edge cases.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with customer messaging automation systems.
• Experience building chat integrations or omnichannel messaging systems.
• Familiarity with scalable cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Experience working with CRM data models and conversation pipelines.

Project Scope
• Integrate Meta messaging APIs with an existing proprietary CRM.
• Enable real-time synchronization of conversations.
• Allow agents to read and reply to Meta DMs directly from the CRM.
• Ensure conversation history and metadata are stored correctly within the CRM.

Hiring Process
