Job Title: Merchant Processing Cold Caller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a rockstar Cold Caller! we are seeking for a motivated and results-driven Merchant Processing Cold Caller to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our merchant processing solutions, and setting up qualified appointments for our sales team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business clients to introduce our merchant processing services.
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our solutions to generate interest and drive engagement.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet our target customer profile.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, appointments, and lead status in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture relationships and ensure a high conversion rate.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine calling strategies and improve overall performance.
Minimum Call Volume:

Make a minimum of 70-110 outbound calls per day to ensure a high volume of outreach and lead generation.
Minimum Appointment Setting Goals:

Schedule a minimum of 2-6 qualified appointments per day for the sales team.
Ensure that scheduled appointments meet predefined qualification criteria to maximize sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a cold calling or sales role, preferably in the merchant processing or financial services industry.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficiency with CRM systems and call-tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields is a plus.
