Medical Virtual Assistant – Nurse/Audiologist/ENT Support

Clear Clinics is seeking a medically trained Virtual Assistant with experience in audiology, ENT, or nursing to support our ear care clinic. The ideal candidate will provide remote clinical guidance on outer ear conditions, earwax management, and patient queries, while also assisting with technical troubleshooting of our clinic devices including suction machines, endoscopes, and diagnostic torches.

Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on outer ear conditions and minor ENT concerns.
Assist patients and staff with safe procedures, including microsuction and earwax removal protocols.
Troubleshoot common device issues remotely (suction machines, endoscopes, torches).
Document patient cases and update records in Clear Clinics’ digital systems.
Support training sessions for new staff and trainees on equipment usage.
Follow SOPs strictly to ensure patient safety and quality service.
Respond promptly to email, chat, and video call queries.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse, Doctor, or Audiologist with ENT/ear care experience.
Strong knowledge of outer ear anatomy and common pathologies.
Comfortable with medical device operation and remote troubleshooting.
Excellent English communication skills.
Tech-savvy: able to use apps, digital forms, and online systems.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional.
