About the Role

Lumina Aesthetics Med Spa is seeking a highly reliable, professional, and hardworking Remote Patient Coordinator & Appointment Setter to join our growing team.

Your primary responsibility will be following up with new leads, answering inquiries, nurturing prospective clients, and scheduling appointments for our medical spa.

This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for someone who is dependable, organized, and committed to building a stable career with our company.

Work Schedule (Required)

Monday – Saturday (6 Days Per Week)

Daily Working Hours
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

These hours are mandatory.

Our business receives new inquiries throughout the day, and many clients are available to communicate during evening hours. As a result, both shifts are required to provide excellent customer service and lead follow-up.

Compensation

?20,000 – ?30,000 per month

Compensation is based on:

Experience
English communication skills
Reliability and attendance
Performance and productivity

Exceptional performers may qualify for future pay increases and advancement opportunities.

What You'll Do
Respond to new leads promptly
Follow up with prospective patients via phone, text, email, and social media
Answer questions about our services and promotions
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain accurate lead records
Follow company scripts, policies, and procedures
Provide excellent customer service and patient support
Requirements
Equipment & Internet Requirements
High-speed internet connection (100 Mbps minimum)
Reliable computer or laptop
Professional headset with clear microphone
Backup internet connection (Pocket WiFi or equivalent)
Backup power solution (generator, power station, or similar)

Because uninterrupted communication with clients is essential, backup internet and power are required.

Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Comfortable speaking with leads and prospective clients
Highly reliable, punctual, and responsive
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Appointment setting, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
Medical spa or healthcare experience is a plus but not required
