Medical Coder (Remote – Philippines)

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (with 1-hour lunch)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Coder to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately entering charges for daily Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Speech Therapy (ST) visits in accordance with company policies. The ideal candidate is reliable, thorough, and a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter charges for daily OT, PT, and ST therapy visits accurately and timely
• Review clinical documentation to ensure all required components are completed prior to billing
• Communicate with tea ---------- mbers regarding missing or incomplete documentation
• Maintain compliance with company policies and billing standards

Qualifications:
• Experience in medical coding or healthcare billing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organized with the ability to manage daily tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
