**Overview:**
Ciara Medical seeks a detail-oriented Medical Biller/Coder or clinical person to join our team. This role requires maintaining a quiet work environment, high-speed internet, and computer hardware/software, preferably with dual displays.

**Responsibilities:**
- Medical Billing/Coding: Manage prior authorizations, chart reviews/audits, and master charges.
- Telephones: Scheduling, patient intake, scripts, messaging, phone orders, delivery scheduling.
- Clinical Support: Chart notes, scribing, physician support, facility scheduling, order sets, EHR/EMR,
- advanced wound dressings, HBOT.
- Accounting: QuickBooks invoices, A/R, open balances, collections, equipment inventory.
- **Patient Intake:** Manage and process patient intake efficiently and accurately, ensuring all relevant information is collected and recorded.
- Document Management: Uploading documents into the system, ready for billing, checking charts, and ensuring all patient intake processes are complete.?

**Requirements:**
- Quiet work environment, high-speed internet, exclusive computer hardware/software with dual displays.
-You must be an MD, PA, or NP to apply; OR have substantial experience working in Brightree or eClinicalWorks; OR have your AARC medical coder/biller certificate; OR have extensive experience in Durable Medical Equipment, Wound Care, or Respiratory.

**Working Hours:**
- 8am - 5pm CST, with occasional weekend hours.

**Compensation:**
- $800 per month, semi-monthly payments. (depending on experience)
- Eligibility for 13th month annual payment and year-end bonus.
- Two one-week vacation periods, performance reviews at 6 months and annually.

**Additional Information:**
- Track hours through onlinejobs.ph or a similar system.
- At-will employment with a 30-day notice for termination.
- Confidentiality of systems and patient data is required.

**Training and Travel:**
- Mandatory training week in Cebu City, Philippines each Fall.
- Recommended travel to the US for 3-month training periods to complete workflow understanding. (Highly recommended)
