Mass Website Developer: Senior WordPress & Automation Developer (Design, Make.com, Vibe Coding)

Location: Must be based in Luzon (within 2–3 hours of Metro Manila)

-About the Role

We are building a large number of high-quality, modern websites and automation systems. The main focus of this role is mass WordPress development, rapidly creating beautiful, responsive websites based on templates and structured content. However, this is not a typical WordPress-only role.

You will also be involved in automation work using tools like ---------- , n8n and ---------- , and help us build AI agents and automations for video creation, content management, and other repeatable digital tasks.

We are looking for someone who is skilled and experienced with WordPress, very reliable, and also has at least BASIC experience and understanding of Vibe coding tools like Bolt, Cursor or other IDEs. Most important is your WordPress skills though, you need to be able to design beautiful modern WordPress sites.

While you’ll mostly work from home, you should be based in Luzon, within 2–3 hours of Metro Manila, so we can meet in person when needed.

Responsibilities

* Build beautiful, mobile-responsive WordPress websites at scale
* Create and manage templates using Elementor, Bricks, or custom themes (if you have favorite themes that's ok)
* Automate content import using ---------- , n8n, WP All Import, ACF, or custom scripts
* Deploy 10–30 websites per month and help set-up content generation using automation and scalable systems (many that we already have and use)
* Build or help build automation agents for tasks like video creation, social media content generation, and more. It's ok if some of this is new to you.
* Troubleshoot design, plugin, or automation issues quickly and cleanly
* Maintain hosting, backups and performance tools

Required Skills

* Strong WordPress development experience (themes, plugins, ACF, CPTs)
* Strong design skills - must know how to build clean, modern websites
* Proficient in Elementor Pro and/or Bricks Builder
* SOME experience in ---------- or n8n (you must at least know how they work)
* At least basic experience with Vibe coding or AI agent tools
* Understands hosting setup, DNS and deployment
* Strong attention to detail, good communication, and able to work fast and independently with high-level instructions

Nice to Have

* Experience with Git or version control
* Familiarity with schema markup, SEO optimization, and affiliate-style content websites
* Experience with YouTube, video editing, and social content automation
* Familiarity with REST API and structured data systems (Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.)
* At least some vibe coding experience
